Just for fun and because I had the idea! I recently read Sparkly Green Earrings and What Women Fear. Sparkly Green Earrings is a fun, light-hearted read with wit and sarcasm and reflections on life and motherhood. What Women Fear addresses different areas of fear in our lives and the doubts that crop up and I just resonated with so many of her words. I totally enjoyed both books.
So, then the March flexiclip was released at Lilla Rose and it is a beautiful, sparkly green. It sold out very quickly, but Lilla Rose is restocking and it should be available again the beginning of next week.
I was struck with the thought that it would be fun to put together a giveaway of some of my favorite things and for a fun twist and since it’s March and spring IS coming, the common theme of the items selected to be part of the giveaway is the color green!
So that’s what I did! And here it is for you to be excited about and to ENTER!

And Happy {Almost} Spring! It’s coming! We’ve had some really awesome weather this week and it made me realize how much I’m ready for spring. It’s definitely my favorite season. {Other than it is tornado season too. That part I could do without.} I love watching the wheat green up and start getting big. I like the longer days and wearing jackets instead of coats. So, come on spring!

These are my favorite dishcloths ever! My Grandma used to make them and my mother makes them and she taught me and she taught my daughter.

My most favorite item right now is my Lilla Rose flexi. I love using it to put my hair up. My long hair is out of my face but looks “fancy” at the same time.

Great package! I totally am into the handmade items! The books will be great reads for my DILs who are in the midst of childrearing…one of them is expecting her 7th! They can use encouragement during these long days…I remember it well and wish I had the resources that are available now. All in God’s timing!
We are certainly blessed with many resources and great authors and encouragers today! I’m always motivated and inspired when I read a good book on growing in our Christian life or growing our marriages or on parenting.
